Riadmayo also provides cooking classes for clients wanting to learn how to prepare a specific home cooked meal. CHEF Rabia mabrouki

     Rabia has been cooking authentic and gourmet dishes from a number of different cuisines for over 24 years. Her love and passion for food is always clearly shown through her delicious cooking. She has acquired most of her cooking inspiration from South East Asian cuisine after both living and traveling the region for 22 years. During her time there she has mastered Malay, Thai, and Indonesian cuisine. She has worked as the head chef in a number of different events and restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Marrakech, Morocco. As a result, she has managed to create a rare fusion of delightful South East Asian dishes with a Moroccan touch which always leaves our customers satisfied. Some of our customers have even asked for extra meals to takeaway back home after their stay at Riadmayo.
